My work is part of a collaboration with DolmaDharma, which is an international Buddhist community (https://www.dolmadharma.com/).

It is intended to be a haven for those who want to try out the methods, and an opportunity for you to work inward, and to detach yourself from stress and unwanted patterns in everyday life. There will be a main focus on self-compassion, and the ancient Tibetan medical system: Tibetan 5 element practice. This is a teaching, medicinal system, and part of a wisdom tradition from Tibet, and put together and adapted for the West by the eminent Tibetan doctor, Buddhist teacher, and Tibetan Buddhist master Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche. 

These are exercises that work to create balance and can release stress in the body and mind. In addition to this, I work with mindful creativity as part of venting negativity, but also to create reflection and validation of ourselves.  

 

I offer guidance  both individually, in groups, both online and in on location.
